Damaged Products
If you have any products that have any issues upon arrival, email wholesale@volunteertraditions.com with the invoice product Name, SKU, size and color. In addition, please let us know if you would like to be issued a credit or a replacement sent. We will be in touch by the next business day. As much as possible, please batch any issues to ensure our ability to quickly respond.
Incorrect Product Received
If you received an incorrect product, please list the product you were supposed to receive and also list the product that was sent to you. Please let us know if you would like to be issued a credit or a replacement sent.
