- When will my order ship? -
We ship U.S. Postal Service First-Class or Priority Mail. Orders go out next business day. On average, our orders arrive in 2-4 days depending on proximity to Nashville.
- Where is my tracking number? -
Tracking numbers will be sent via email upon our packing of the order.
- Can you expedite/overnight my order? -
We cannot overnight/expedite orders unfortunately. Thanks for your patience, we’re a small business doing our best to take care of customers.
- I haven't received my package yet, what should i do? -
Check the tracking info on the link you received via email upon purchasing, the most common problem is the Post Office holding a package and problems are often fixed that way so please check with your local post office.

Maybe, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please keep in mind we can only change color and size. We can't add items to orders after they have been placed. If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com

Our goal was never to shoot across the country making products for every place we can find a logo and slap it on any item we come across. Instead we are focused on making incredible products for the South.
- Can you make me a custom product for my organization/fraternity/company? -
Unfortunately we do not produce custom products.
