We accept exchanges for products purchased from our website as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user within 60 days of purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
We ship U.S. Postal Service First-Class or Priority Mail. Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings. If you place the order Monday afternoon, it goes out the door Wednesday. On average, our orders arrive in 2-4 days depending on proximity to Nashville. If you need something more quickly than that simply email us and we’ll see what we can do to work with you but please understand we're a small business doing the best we can.
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive a shipping number in an email from us when your order ships. As noted above you should receive this on a monday/wednesday/friday morning.
Can you expedite/overnight my order?
Due to our process system and the lack of ability to rework this currently we cannot overnight items unfortunately. Thanks for your patience, we’re a small business doing our best to take care of customers.
I have't received my package yet, what should i do?
Check the tracking info on the link you received via email upon purchasing, the most common problem is the Post Office holding a package.

When are you expanding to new states?
Our goal was never to shoot across the country making products for every place we can find a logo and slap it on any item we come across. Instead we are focused on making incredible products for the South.

No, sorry Andy…we got your 47 emails asking for Idaho belts but we just haven’t found the market there yet for it.
Can you make me a custom product for my organization/fraternity/company?
Ties and Caps require a 250 minimum order for customization. All other products are a no go.
