Can I buy Volunteer Traditions products from your website if I don’t have a PayPal account?
YES. Once you checkout of our site it and it sends you to the Paypal checkout, simply click the “continue” button on the left side of the screen that says “Use your credit or debit card to pay.” We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & online checks — no PayPal account is needed. We know it’s just a tad complicated but its 100% safe and you never have to worry about things that way.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
$1.00 for orders up to $10.00 (USD), $3.25 for orders from $10.00 to $40.00 (USD) and $6.50 for orders over $40.00 (USD).
I’m having trouble getting my order to work online; should I give up?
No, email us at Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com and we’ll help you with the order. Or give us a ring at (615) 852-8723 and we’ll help you get the order placed so you can support your favorite state(s).
Paypal lists the wrong shipping address for my order, how to I change that?
No worries, email 1. your name and 2. the correct address to Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com the same day of your purchase. Thats all you have to do.
When will my order by shipped?
Your order will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service First-Class or Priority Mail. Orders received are usually shipped on the next business day. On average, our orders arrive in 2-3 days depending on proximity to Nashville.
How do I return or exchange a product to Volunteer Traditions?
We want to make sure that you always get a perfect fit, so Volunteer Traditions will gladly exchange any unused product that you purchased from our website for the correct size. First send an email to Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com Please include 1. you’re name, 2. address, 3. what size/product you ordered, and 4. what size/product you need. If there is a sizing problem, we’ll even reimburse you for your shipping costs.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
It is possible to change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change your order, please just contact us as soon as possible at Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com
Can you ship my order to an address outside the U.S?
Possibly…feel free to email us at Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com with specific countries for international shipping rates. All international orders are shipped via UPS.
