How much will it cost to ship my order?
$2.25 for orders up to $15.00 (USD), $4.25 for orders from $15.00 to $40.00 (USD) and $6.50 for orders over $40.00 (USD).

I’m having trouble getting my order to work online; should I give up?
No, email us at Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com and we’ll help you with the order.  Or give us a ring at (615) 852-8723 and we’ll help you get the order placed so you can support your favorite state(s).

My receipt lists the wrong shipping address for my order, how to I change that?
No worries, email 1. your name and 2. the correct address to Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com the same day of your purchase. Thats all.

When will my order by shipped?
Your order will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service First-Class or Priority Mail if it is below $85.  Orders are usually shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you order monday…it goes out tuesday.  On average, our orders arrive in 2-4 days depending on proximity to Nashville.  Orders over $85 go UPS on the same Tuesday/Friday system.  If you need something more quickly than that simply email us and we’ll see what we can do to work with you.

Can I exchange a belt if the one I ordered was the wrong size?
Yes. We want to make sure that you always get a perfect fit, so Volunteer Traditions will gladly exchange any unused belt that you purchased from our website for the correct size. Email us at Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com. Please include (1) your name, (2) address, (3) what size/product you ordered, and (4) what size/product you need. We’ll even include an envelope for you to send the other belt back.

How do I exchange a product to Volunteer Traditions? (note: see above if the product is a belt)
We accept exchanges for products purchased from our website as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user. The exchange must be made within 60 days of purchase.  There is a $5 exchange fee for non-defective products.  If you would like an exchange:

Email Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com.  Please include (1) your name, (2) address, (3) what item you purchased and (4) what item/color you would like instead.

Then, mail the product to:

How do I return a product to Volunteer Traditions?

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
It is possible to change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change your order, please just contact us as soon as possible at Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com

Can you ship my order to an address outside the U.S?
Possibly…feel free to email us at Tristar@VolunteerTraditions.com with specific countries for international shipping rates. All international orders are shipped via UPS.

Can I email you and tell you how much I enjoy my Volunteer Traditions products?

When are you expanding to new states?
We’re working on it.  We want to make sure that we build our current states to a level we can be proud of before shooting across the map just to be making a product.

So an Idaho belt is coming soon?
No, sorry Andy…we got your 47 emails asking for Idaho belts but we just haven’t found the market there yet for it.

Can I buy a Gift Certificate to use on the site?
Yes, Just click the link below. It will take you through the paypal process but the credit is good for anything on our site.
